What we collect

When you ask us for a quote, through this website or a Facebook or Instagram form, we collect the details you give us: your name, mobile number, suburb, and if you choose to share them, your email address and details about your home and current heating.

Why we collect it

• To call you back, check whether your home is eligible for the Victorian Energy Upgrades rebate, and organise your quote.
• To send you a confirmation email if you gave us your email address.
• To book, carry out and follow up on your installation.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your details. We store them with the services we use to run the business (our website host, our customer records system and our email provider), and we share what's needed with the Victorian Energy Upgrades program to claim your rebate. Our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@kayair.com.au and we'll sort it out.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, email us first. If we can't resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
